After the success of our adventure in Kenya in January, here is the turn of. extreme sportspeople, and those who want to join in but do less strenuous things We have put together a Weekend, accessible to all and at all levels, a mixture of sports, gastronomy and fun around the beautiful region of Saint Antonin Noble Val.

On the programme:

Bike; discover with us the routes between forests and gorges and see some of the most beautiful countryside that the South West of France has to offer An outdoor escape game: a fantastic scenario and an original adventure in the extraordinary natural setting of Tarn and Garonne: fairy forests, numerous caves, cliffs, river, springs etc. Get your team ready and let the best person win!

Canoeing to relax in the Aveyron Gorge, stop at many of the riverside beaches and if you dare Jump the Wolf. But for the climax, come and face the legendary the one and only TRAIL DES 3 ROCS: 25 or 43 km trail or 16 km hiking in the sublime but fearsome scenery of the rocks of Saint Antonin.

All will be served with barbecue evening, festive dinner, concert, massages, continuous access to a heated outdoor pool, sauna and many extras. Non-organization activities can also be offered on request (and depending on the weather): vegetarian cooking classes by a local chef, paragliding, acrobranche, archery. Dates?
